What the record contains
The driving history the State of Missouri holds for one driver: licence status, class and endorsements, convictions and other violations with their dates, and any administrative actions such as a suspension.
What it does not contain, and why
This product is designed to carry no personal information: no name, address, date of birth, driver licence number, Social Security number, telephone number, photograph, or medical or disability information.
That is the point of it rather than a limitation. Federal and Missouri law restrict who may obtain a driving record containing personal information and for what purpose. A record with that information removed is a different thing, and this service exists to supply it.
If you need a record that does include personal information for an authorised business purpose — employment screening, insurance underwriting, or another permitted use — that is our business MVR service, which verifies your purpose before it releases anything.

Questions people ask
Is this the Department of Revenue?
No. MissouriMVR is an independent service and is not the Missouri Department of Revenue or any other government agency. We supply Missouri driving-record information in non-personal form.
Will I be charged if there is no record?
No. Your card is authorised for the order total, and we only ever charge for records we actually produce. If nothing is produced, nothing is captured and your bank releases the hold — how long that takes is up to your bank, not us.
Can I look up anyone?
Not every record is available, and we do not say why any particular one is not. Some records are restricted and are never sold through this service.
Can I use this to screen someone for a job or a tenancy?
No. This is not a consumer report and is not offered for decisions about employment, housing, credit, or insurance. Those uses are regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and similar laws, and this product is not designed for them.
How long does it take?
Records are produced after payment and delivered by a download link, which then stays valid for 72 hours. If your link expires before you save the file, contact us with your reference number.
Delivered records are final — see the refund policy. Records the State cannot produce are never charged.
